Amazing service and overall customer experience. KSD made my engagement ring and can't recommend... these guys enough. Donna was patient and helped me navigate through the 4 C's of diamonds from start to finish, which for a 31 year old male was very comforting. Donna worked within my budget and helped design the perfect ring, which my fiance' absolutely loves. Although the initial feel of the outside shop is a little bit dated, the service and finishing product leave a lasting positive WOW feeling for life! One of the best jewelers in Sydney. We ordered a couple wedding bands the day before the wedding... and Donna and her husband were able to create 2 beautiful wedding band and resizing wife engagement ring within 1 day (saving a huge potential embarrassment at the wedding).
